...and at this point I got the call. A major business opportunity demanded my attention... in four days time... in Pretoria, South Africa. So that was it. We spent one more day on the Cote d'azure, then headed north west, right across France, pausing briefly in Paris and then home... (Despite losing her holiday, having to endure 800 miles of DULL-DULL-DULL autoroutes in about two days, and having to listen to me moaning non-stop, Gretchen didn't complain once.
